The Law as the bible says was the school master that leads us to Christ. Because no one is acapable of keeping ALL the laws, the law therefore shows us that Christ is the grance by which we are saved.

Without law there is just chaos. Because we have rejected God's Laws, we're stuck with the frailty of human laws, but it's better than nothing.
By the way, your quote about flushing it is NOT in the Bible. Perhaps you should go back and study a little more so you can get your question right next time.

Man's laws are necessary for the smooth functioning of society. However, since men are flawed, so are their laws. Neither inception, conception, administration, prosecution nor execution are free of flaws.
God's laws, on the other hand are not flawed, but are still subject to men's interpretation and thus subject to flawed administration and execution.
We seek spiritual guidance in our lives and do the best we can with what we have.

Oh, don't be so hard on the law....it's trying its best to be functional and even-handed...even if it isn't entirely competent yet, just give it time, and maybe it might become an efficient system...if not, well...we would be worse off without it anyway...

Life, in general is "not fair", and NOTHING is fail-safe 100% of the time.
