A few months after I became a Christian, I dreamt one night that i was falling down this tunnel that was very winding. There were orange lights surrounding the tunnel . After couple of seconds falling down I ended up in a place that was totally dark. I did not know where I was and I couldn't see anything at all. I was cautious and I didn't want to walk up any further. After that out of the darkness I saw a man walk up and stop a little distance away from me. i was suprised to see him clearly as the place was in darkness. He was very handsome, his hair was black and long and it reached his shoulders, there was a few loose curls in his hair. He had on full black clothes resembling what young men used to wear in France centuries ago. The man's eyes were staring at me and he seemed to be angry at me, his eyes were piercing. Afterwards a voice behind me said, "That is Satan" and immediately the dream ended. I realized weeks later I saw a little bit of hell and Satan himself.

Never dreamt of going to hell...but I have been there a few times during trances, hallucinatory states, etc.

I won't talk about why I went there, that's not to share here, on any occasion (been a few times). Each time I've experienced something different

One time I saw the walls were made of living flesh, the floors soaked with flowing, warm blood. I saw people, flayed alive, their legs ripped off nailed ot the walls, eyes gouged out. I saw senseless violence, countless souls tearing into each other again and again. I saw a baby being torn apart, over and over by unseen, indiscrimate hands. I saw an entity that canused anarchy and havoc by just being near it, saw the bodies of those around explode from its' mere embrace. Saw an entity that was real, but wasn't, that was powerful, but was nothing. In that place there was pure anarchy, but there was order, sanity and logic to the anarchy and madness at the same time, like it was thoroughly planned out.

Another time I witnessed the creation of the Earth. not in the scientific sense, but more like a giant jigsaw, went to a place that was the closest thing to a void I have ever seen, a place where though I knew of happiness, love, etc, left me with nothing but dread, fear, anxiety, pain.

The last time I saw fire...but the fire was far away, incorporeal, like it was nothing more than a representation. I saw creatures that had no genuine form but could change to whatever they were perceived to be. I felt my flesh crawl, my skin prickle and feel aged. I saw myself leave my own body, but bound to it at the same time, unable to separate myself. I couldn't breathe and according to friends I even started choking, like I was being suffocated.

I imagine a lot of that seems ludicrous, like something ripped out of a book. I wouldn't blame most people for it to be fair, each time is rough in its' own way.

But from all my experiences, I find...Hell is nothing more than subjective. Very real in some sense, but there is no "fixed" Hell, no standard ideal. And you know what the strangest thing is? Though those experiences are terrifying at the time, I've had some horrific reprocussions from the aftermath of it.

But its' OK...Wierd huh?

Years ago, I had a dream where I was engulfed in flames. The smell of my burning flesh was horrid. I could not free myself from the wooden stake I was tied to.

Through the flames I could see hordes of happy Christian faces, holding up crosses, spitting at me, yelling all sorts of profanities, and praying that I suffer for all of eternity.

All I did was help women during childbirth, easing their pain and difficulties. How was this a sin, I wondered ...

When I woke up, I was grateful to be living in this era, where I could help people without fear of persecution. What hell that must have been for the thousands (some say millions) of people burned at the stake at the hands of Christians.

I guess, if people believe in something strongly enough, they will find a way to make it happen.

To dream of hell, denotes that you may be suffering from a seemingly inescapable situation. You may have placed your decision or course of action into someone else's hand. Alternatively, you may be possessing many inner fears and repressed guilty feelings. It is time to quit punishing yourself and take it easy for awhile.

The only Hell is the one you create yourself : )
