preventing disease is not treatment for the disease! i need permenent solution for sneezing and nasal block?

am 23 yr old boy,for the past 8 years am having nasal block and continious sneezing,am taking OTRIVIN(nasal drops)to get temp relif,but i want to be a normal person like othersand i dont need any preventing measures for this.so plz tell me some permenent solution (without side effects) to cure this.......THANKS IN ADVANCE

To cure a disease you have first know what you're suffering from.

One possibility is allergies. You should see an allergist. If you know what you're allergic to, you can avoid them (or take allergy shots).

Another may be restricted openings in your nasal/sinus passages, see your Ear/Nose/Throat specialist. This may require minor surgery to correct.

See your doctor, they might prescribe you a steroid spray. This would prevent it happening, rather than waiting for it to happen.
