Goodwill, Salvation Army, Used Clothing Store, Rummage Sales, Yard Sales, Garage Sales, Tag Sales (if you live in New England)....failing that, you can contact Speilberg and see if he still has it in a closet somewhere.
Rumor has it he hordes stuff from the wardrobe departments after the films are done shooting in the event he needs to re-edit the movie again in 20 years...Lucas does the same thing.

I think it is a Members Only vest...and the last member died in 1983.
