a lot more teens suffer from anxiety than people realize. A panic attack, which is what it sounds like you had, can be triggered by crowds, high stress levels, illness, foreign situations, a lot of different factors. I'd probably see a doctor- its not good to live your teenage years feeling bad, and minor meds can help a lot

Yes, those are extremely typical reactions. It sounds like a panic attack. I think you might be emotionally overwhelmed and need to talk to someone. Don't feel bad for asking for help. I'm 44/f/ a nurse and it took me a long time to not feel bad asking for help. If you have an adult in your life that you feel safe and comfortable with, please talk to them first. It could even be a neighbor. The most important thing is that you trust them and feel safe. If there is no one in your home area, then ask to speak to a school nurse (if you have one) or a Guidence counselor at your school. I'm sure the Principle would talk to you about this if no one else is available. Adults are supposed to be here to take care of children, and at 15, you are still a kid. You shouldn't have to feel this way. I'm praying you feel better. XOXO

Sounds like it to me. Don't worry about it, I'm also 15 and get them a couple times a year because I'm in a lot of music programs, so I get stressed out a lot. If you get them a couple times A DAY, then I would see a therapist.

Yes, I would say so. Those symptoms are quite common. Why not see a therapist?
