I love beef negamaki. At the sushi restaurant I eat at there is a roll called the John Breaux (I live in Louisiana). It is fried crawfish and avocado rolled up and has spicy mayo on top. Love it! Other than that anything with yellow tail is also great!

I'm a big fan of eel. I believe its called Unagi, but I'm not sure. Its a piece of eel with some kind of sauce & sesame seeds dabbed on the top over some rice.

It doesn't taste salty or fishy at all. It's served warm and has a kind of sweet taste to it. Some people I know eat it last as a sort of dessert.

I also really like a good soft shell crab roll. Fried softshell crab pieces wrapped in rice with some avocado & celery.

the kind that is in little circles of rice, then black seaweed wrapped around 2 or 3 ingrediants. Havn't tried many types of sushi, but I personally like spcy shrimp roll, shrimp, avocado, cream cheese, something along those lines.

I love any type of tuna sushi (rills, handrolls, sashimi, etc.), but not spicy ones. I also love these rolls called Laker Rolls, and it is basically a regular california roll lightly fried on the outside with eel sauce on top.

I like spicy tuna...and just about anything else that has that spicy chili oil and sesame combination. Yum!

We have a local sushi joint that makes a roll called the 911 roll. It has spicy tuna, nori (seaweed), sushi rice, and avocado. It's drizzled with sesame chili oil and sriracha (a bottled chili sauce in the asian foods aisle) sauce. It'll make you sweat...but it's soooooooooo yummy!

Inari - its sushi rice in a bean curd pouch. It's sweeter so I usually have it as a 'dessert'

Otherwise I like sushi with bean curd and cashews and vegetables

I just had sushi for lunch and it was yummy. I had something they called the Florida roll--crab meat, shrimp tempura, avocado and cucumber.
