The only person that, can help you andtell you What !? is wrong with you is your Doc,,,,, because people are different in life style, behavier activities, and worries and problems so it could be any thing, my cousin had this same problem and she went to see her Doc. He said the problem was stress relative and she had too wear a monitor belt around her harm and when ever something happen, it will pick up all of her feelings emotions and record all of the things that was there she keep it on for 2 days especialy at work, he ended up giving her some Anti- depression pills, so we are not Doctors we don't know, we can just give you some help and imput, do the right thing go see your Doc, i wish you the best, love peace and joy, and don't worry too much, every thing is going to be fine, once you go to your doctor.Trush in God!

arrhythmia?
Like palpitations, if you are worried see your GP, he may give you a strap on heart monitor to wear for like 48 hrs or so, if your heart does the fluttering thing, it will be recorded in the machine, he can download the info and hopefully put your mind at rest!
It could be a reaction to stress, a certain food or anything, a life style tweak may sort it, and then there is the drugs route..
Good luck!

It can be caused by something as small as stress, or could be something bigger like a stenotic heart valve. Make an appointment with your family doctor and have him listen to your heart and he may choose to take an EKG to determine if you're okay.

It could be caused by stress and anxiety if it keeps reoccurring then it would be a good idea to get it checked out by a DR.

It does sound as if it was due to a temporary heart-beat abnormality. These are common and can be triggered of by a simple viral illness. Occasionally they are more serious so best to let your GP check you over.
