Go to the health food store and buy some protein mix.
It always helps to exercise with music in your ears so maybe when you wake up put your ipod on with music that gets you pumped up. It's hard to start but once you do, it's worth it and you'll feel so good and proud of yourself.
After your workout, reward yourself with a protein shake.
Just knowing the good that your doing for your body is encouragement in itself.

well if you live with someone. ask them to pour a cold bucket of water on you in the mornings or something. or else put your alarm clock really early in the morning, and place it really far away from you in your room. you'll be lazy to switch it off, it'll start bugging you, you'll get pissed off, get out of bed to turn it off, and hopefully you're not one of those people that'll go right back to sleep.

do u have any of ur brother who wakes early in the morning.
Tell him to wake u early.or tell ur mom or dad to make u get up early. then do ur exercises.
