Probably because you're using it all of the time. It's actually bad for your hair and scalp to shampoo daily or more. You should only shampoo your hair every few days or so and simply use conditioner, which still has surfactants in it and will clean your hair, daily.

A herbal rinse is a safe method of removing dandruff. Apply lemon juice with the rind on the scalp .After 5 minutes wash off with shampoo and water. More simple remedies for dandruff at http://usefulinfo-dandruff.blogspot.com/

Use something with ketoconazole. Dandruff doesn't actually go away, but it can be controlled. See to it that you rinse off the shampoo well, excess can build up and irritate your scalp, causing it to flake. And if you do have a buildup of dandruff, avoid scratching your head too much to expose the unwanted flaking.

try using "clear" brand specially for dandruff problems. it really clears out dandruff

also, you need to change shampoos from time to time. after a long while, hair is immune to one shampoo and resists all the good properties... uh-uh! hair can get immune too~

once a week, you should use clarifying shampoo to prevent build-ups

and also, if you have dandruff, don't shampoo everyday... twice a week is fine (your head skin is dry)

good luck!

There are many dandruff shampoos. Talk with your pharmacist to get the one that would be best for you.

Change your brand. Head and shoulders is great. Most guys don't need conditioner. Use the head and shoulders and condition every other day. Selsun Blue is good too. Also depends if you're using hair product. Gels can be quite harsh. Go with a hair cream.

Yeah, dont shampoo your hair everyday even though you need to wash it everyday. I shampoo mine once every two days but use conditioner daily.
