Just raise the prices for Christ's sake. They are all losing money hand over fist because their margins are miniscule and their passengers are becoming exactly the type of customer that has no right whatsoever being on an airliner.
I don't want to sit next to filthy scumbags who have one foot in the gutter or the grave. They are alcoholics, drug addicts, nearly homeless sticking bums. They have tuberculosis and hepatitus and god knows what else, and i am trapped for 5 hours practically sitting on their lap in a cattle-car with wings.

It used to be that airfares were only affordable to those with means. Now they are within reach of 99% of the population and the result is obvious to anyone who's ever had to sit next to a drunken unwashed slob who spends his workdays scrubbing toilets. Airfare should start at 2500 dollars and never drop below that again.

I have found, that the "alcoholics, drug addicts, nearly homeless sticking bums and filthy scumbags" are the most interesting people to talk to. They are incredibly friendly, unlike the rich high class folks who think they're better than everybody else. I've rode in Coach, next to dirty people who even smell a little bit. But I really didnt mind it once I realized how very nice this person was. I have rode in FIRST CLASS before, and TRIED to start a conversation with a "high class" man and he just looked at me like I was trash.. I guess cause I wasnt in a business suit? [more like a pair of sweats and a tank top] So believe it or not, i'd RATHER sit in coach instead of first class with stuck up people.

And scrubbing toilets isnt such a bad thing. At least they are DOING something for themselves.

I am NO WHERE NEAR the names you listed above. I have a nice house and a nice car, but I absolutely could NOT afford 2500 every 2 months to fly to another state to visit my family. Thats just rediculous and you're rediculous for even writing this CRAP out!

"customer that has no right being on an airliner?
Last I checked, everyone had the "right" to be on an airliner. If you actually had $2500 to fly you would be in first class, but since you are in economy you don't have the money either, so I guess that makes you one of the unwashed heathens.
I hope you sit next to screaming triplets on your next flight that gets delayed for hours on the tarmac just to get canceled.

You can find airfares of $2500 or more, and I hope you pay that much for every ticket you buy.

Meanwhile, I'll sit in coach with the normal people and take my chances. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and happier.

It's nice to meet someone as modest and tolerant as yourself.

You sound exactly the sort of person that I wish a temporary misfortune upon - so you can see what it is like to hit a rough patch and not be as affluent as one would wish.

It must be wonderful to be perfect.
