my ex girlfriend has a new crush.. and I always ask her close friends if she still loves me or likes me...
and they would all say that she doesnt like me anymore and she likes that other guy...
im depressed i cannot sleep ...!!

Yes, you are jealous.
Although she may not like you, there are always those instances that she has you on her mind. You are not completely erased from her memories. Try to find a smile in that :).
I'd suggest you really do take some time away from her. It is realistically hard, but that is whats best for you at the moment. Based on how depressed you are, I take it that you have tried to win her back and failed. She clearly is making you so depressed. Why be with someone who doesn't like you anymore? This may sound cliche but move on, be the better person and find someone else who likes you back. She clearly is not interested in you and you cannot make her rekindle those interests back. New crush? How many crushes has she had? You make it sound like she has had a lot! She doesn't deserve your love, then, there is always a girl out there who will love you more than her and you will love her, too. Then you'll rethink why you ever were in love with your ex to begin with! :)

That's hard, and I have a similar problem. I just think of it as why worry when it's over, when you can smile because it happened. When she thinks about him, I bet that you pop up in her mind when she thinks of certain things. The only thing that you can do,is tell her how you feel and see how she reacts. Tell her that you can't sleep, you ask random people for advice, and that you didn't know what else to do. Tell her that you care enough to say that even if you guys aren't "together" that you can live with the constant pain of knowing that she love's someone else. You should be glad to see her happy, even if it's with someone else, rather than unhappy alone. I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL...IM SORRY

You need to move on, she likes another guy and you just have to face that fact. I know it's hard but in time you will heal. I was so upset because I liked this guy for a long time, he was my biggest crush and he liked me too, but then he met this girl and started dating her, it hurt me soo much, but then I met my boyfriend Doug, and I love him sooo much more than my crush Clayton. He means the world to me, and everyone get hurts with love and you will find a girl you love more than you loved her. It will hurt for awhile but in time it will heal, and you will be ready to find your true love!â¥â¥

The only thing you can do is move on. You can't force someone to have feelings for you. Find someone that feels the same way about you as you do about them. Trust me, when you do, you'll wonder why you were so hooked on her in the first place. Good luck!!!!!!!

Ask her upfront what she wants. If it is not you, then get over it. That is all you can do. Pray to God before you go to sleep. He can take away all of your worry and depression. All you have to do is ask Him to take it away. God always loves you.

Let her life her life, and you focus on living yours instead of finding out how she feels.

it's so easy.. let her go.. i'm serious.. she don't want you, why should you want to wait for her? pray a lot and ask God to help you to release your pain.. (heart vs love pain)..
