i don't like milk at all, and i don't think i am getting enough calcium, any suggestions?

Spinach and broccoli are good sources. Any leafy green for that matter. I started to eat spinach (one of the very few veggies I didn't like) at the beginning of my pregnancy as I read that it's a very good source of calcium, iron (I think) and folate. I also drink two or three cups of soy milk a day as well. A search for "vegan calcium sources" will yield some good results.

sea foods are good source of calcium if u don't drink milk

Im lactose intolerant so sometimes when i feel im not getting enough calcium I buy one of the orange juices that have different vitamins added - they have calcium ones. also iron and folate etc

You can always take calcium tablets.They are not expensive.Sardines are high in calcium.That is one of the foods .There are so many foods rich in calcium.Maybe read up on it on one of the web sights.

cheese and yogart...Anyting made of dairy helps.

Not a milk drinker either so I eat a lot of cheese and yogart to amke up for it.
