Love them all!! But my most favorites are (in no order):

- Humbug
- Ice
- Bad Blood
- Small Potatoes

The Post-Modern Prometheus and All things are tied for my very favorites. PMP is so magical, fun and enchanting. It was one of the first XF episodes I ever saw, and I loved it from that moment on. Allthings is Scully-centered, which is always a plus for me, but I also think it was a defining point for Scully. Everything changed for her in that episode.
Honorable mentions for other great episodes are Dreamland and Dreamland 2, The Sixth Extinction, The sixth Extinction 2: Armor Fati, Bad Blood, Never Again, Hollywood AD, Roadrunners, Essence, Monday, and Sunshine Days.

It's so many episodes. I saw X-Files in Japan between 1996 to 2000. I like both Mulder and Scully.

well I love them all and I have all nine seasons on dvd, but "Bad Blood", "Small Potatoes", Dreamland Pts 1&2, and "Syzygy" and "Detour" are top of the list. So many good ones tho!!

darkness falls, bad blood, ice, one breath, conduit, squeeze, our town, clyde bruckman's final repose, oubliette, 2shy, never again, detour, how the ghosts stole christmas... that one with the cerulean blue guy, jose chung's from outer space.
they're the only ones i can think of off the top of my head.
