Oats are better for you; but if you want to have pancakes with maple syrup, go ahead. It's not going to kill you to have a treat like this every once in awhile. Omit the sausage though because of the high fat and salt content.

How about pancakes and sausage with syrup...just don't over do.I believe it's a good idea to have the protein from the meat in the morning.

Both, oats (I assume you mean porridge) are really just a starter; and finish up with some toast and marmalade. It's best to make time for a really good breakfast, you can limit your intake later in the day if you need to.

depends on where you live and what the weather is like right now. if you're in the uk - you'll def want the oats! keep you filled up and nice and warm.

I think you should have both.

Oats to start abd then pancakes and saugage with maple syrup - after all tis the season to be jolly.

I love my porridge! and it´s healthy. Have the oats. What´s also very nice and extremely good for you is toast with olive oil and a little salt. Enjoy!
