it depends on how old you are but generally its not a good thing. on a resume it shows that you are unreliable. one might wonder what it is that has driven you from one place to another. giving many different excuses for leaving jobs also might communicate to an employer that one is difficult to work with or doesnt get along well with others. try to stick it out somewhere or find a better suiting job.

i think that it will affect your ability to get a good job. it shows instability . it costs companies money to train you and you show to be a bad investment if you won't stick around.
