I like to take a bath, light a lot of candles and enjoy a glass of red wine.

well your profile pic is nice to look at..*grins... :-)

but seriously... a glass of wine, sitting on the deck looking out over the lake or having a nice quiet house and a good book. Just some 'me time'... I also like to lay out on the floor and simply stretch close my eyes and have my dog Zeus(Schnauzer) run around playing with his toys. that is my chill time!

Sometimes when i've had a very difficult day, I usually enjoy sitting on my patio swing, especially if there is a nice breeze blowing and it's nice weather...Or I might just relax by lighting some candles then sit on the couch and listen to some of my favorite music...

I cycle to work and back, and after a stressful day in the office. I put my headphones on select a pumping track on the ipod and blast my way home through the traffic by the time i get home I'm out of breath and completely distressed. Then i can just have a normal night i don't need to chill out. Try it if you can it really works .

I like to play on my PlayStation 2. It helps me unwind, as I don't have to think about what has gone on throughout the day. I have two jobs, in which I deal with other people's problems in health and personal stuff and find it difficult not to take these problems home with me sometimes. I am doing Jack and Daxter (again) at the moment, which is just the ticket to relieve my overloaded brain, which is like a hyperactive puppy most days.

go to the gym and take out all my aggression there and then go home and read a book in the bath with a glass of wine.

Have a cup of tea and a little snack. Turn the TV on to something that doesn't require me to use my brain too much. Change into comfy clothes and lie down to watch TV for about an hour or so.
