Why is that the only people who are answering don't have breast implants and aren't even answering the questions. I don't really care about other people's opinions or thoughts on breast implants. If I did, I would have asked for them (which I didn't).

Breast implants only look bad when they're done wrong or someone goes from an AA to DD.

Guys may say they don't like implants but in reality, they want the girl who's hot so they can brag about her and show her off. Every guy is like that deep down.

INGY, you have to recover. You can't go into surgery and expect to feel fine right afterwards. Of course she was at home in pain. Everyone goes through that. Some women don't even get any pain at all.

I'm a C cup but I lost over a hundred pounds after getting off steroids. My breasts sagged anyway but now there's a lot of extra skin (I'm still a C though). I thought about getting a lift but a lift doesn't produce very pretty results even when done by the best doctor like implants do. I'll probably go to a D or DD to fill out all the skin. But since I'm tall and already have larger than average breasts, I'm not going to turn out looking like Pamela Anderson or anything.

WHY in the world would you want bigger than a C?

Getting DD's or bigger is just begging for back pain.

If anything, you should go for a breast LIFT with a small implant.

If you just get implants, your breasts will still be saggy, and will sag even more with the added weight of the implants. I would not be surprised if the PS's you talk to recommend a breast lift with the implants if they are as saggy as you say.

Excellent support board.

OH and FYI, guys DO NOT like the FEEL of implants. They may like the look of them, but the majority of ones I know hate the feel.

I implanted my pecs with huge amounts of muscle! It looked just as stupid and fake as most breast implants do.

Seriously though if you are dead set on this, don't let some freaky breast-fetish plastic surgeon convince you to go huge.
Get the smallest ones available. Otherwise it will be obvious- and looks like you are about to tip over and faceplant!

my wife got it done. surgery and recover not so bad like they used to. the scarring looks like a little dotted line going around on the bottom half of the areola (nipple). overall fairly attractive overall.
positioning is important- over the muscle, under the muscle, partial, etc... you want them to look smooth and even, and not stick out funny
you can also get it done laproscopically through your belly button.
everyone's recovery time and experience is different (with any surgery).

I didn't - because all the photos I saw online were hideous....and these are the pics they decided to show the world because they were proud of how well they turned out....
Yikes....
And then i talked to guys...and found out that most of them that are worth knowing dont care for them.....or women that get them....they might play with a woman like that...but its not the one they would want to marry....

And then I decided I had spent too much energy on that topic and gave it up

I do not have breast implants (this answers your question).

The surgery isn't too difficult -- but recover can hurt, with scarring, etc.

I'm not happy when I see women with implants. Please, please, please don't get implants, dear.

I would much rather be with a girl with smaller naturals than big fake ones.
