Try chatting up people at coffeeshops, bookstores... you have to put yourself OUT there to be seen... You might even wanna consider going onto Craigslist under "Strictly Platonic" and posting something in your city. Join a club. Anyhow, good luck in all you do! Just be yourself and put yourself out there... You'll be just fine...

i would like to too. it just happens. if someone helps you at something or some random you talk to on the bus. or go to the neighbours for some sugar lol and then talk to them more
