I don't understand your question are you referring to Christianity? If so I am a christian and I will try to help you out.
The first thing you need to do is ask Jesus to come into your life.
Ask him to forgive you of your sins, ask him to save you and be reborn again. Ask him to feel you with the holly ghost. Understand that Jesus was born a man and was sacrificed to bear all of our sins, he died on the cross for all of us, and also that he rose from the dead on the third day. He loved us that much. Ask him to come into your life, read the New testament from the King James version bible. Look into joining a church, read the bible and ask God to help you understand it.
As far as your question about what your calling is? and what your purpose is. I believe our purpose is to find God. He is testing us in this life to see what people will follow him, and who won't. I hope this helps you, and I will pray for you. Don't get discouraged being saved is the main purpose of this life.

Rick Warren's book " Purpose Driven Life" is a good place to start. Apart from that, I would pray about it and start serving the people around you and the Church in ways that you enjoy and that you are good at and see where that takes you.

To serve the true & living God u must go to Him, find out what gift He has for u. He will use u.
But for petes sake don't look into cults, or places of worship that don't fellow the Bible.
Let God lead u not man.

First, we must have the right attitude to be able to recognize what God is actually telling mankind in the Bible.
"Understanding the Bible--What Will Help You?" http://watchtower.org/e/20060401a/article_02.htm
is an artical that explains in more detail.
"What Does God Require of Us?" :

"How You Can Find Out What God Requires"
...is a Bible-based, online Bible Study guide,
complete with links to Scriptures referred to therein.
" The Be·roe′ans [Christians] were... noble-minded. They received the word with the greatest eagerness of mind, carefully examining the Scriptures daily as to whether these things were so." --Acts 17:10,11
"Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world." --1 John 4:1-21

Listen to that small still voice within you. God created you complete and when you listen you will know. Each time you start something, that is your calling. Each time you change paths, the new path is your calling. You are an individual yet a child of God. You were given divinity and thus you have what you need for your journey.
Listen to your integrity and when you compromise your integrity, you will hurt and feel the pain of it.
Do what is right before you! That is the way.

Most televangalists would agree that a $1000 prayer gift would be a good starting point. And if you are prepared to serve god to that extent, then rest assured, the televangalist will tell you what to do next. Problem solved. Good luck.

A good start would be to serve others. When you serve others, you are serving God. Learn to love yourself completely so that you may in turn learn to love others as yourself. Once you love others, everything else will fall into place.

You don't need to SERVE God.
Just be a good person, help others and share of your goodness. That is how you serve God.
What is your calling - listen to your heart and you will know soon of your purpose in this life too.

Well, your statements and your profile didn't tell me which god you tend to refer to. So I have to start at the beginning.
First you have to make peace with God. You do that by believing in God's Son, Jesus Christ. You trust Him for what He said.
Jesus said:
Matthew 6:33
"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
Trust Him for what He says. That's the key to all of the Bible. Trust God, and He will bless you. Don't trust God, and you'll be cursed. It's as simple as that, and as serious as that.
