Ever try them basted? It's easy!

Cook them in a pan or skillet like you would sunny-side-up ... but put a few drops of water on them ... once they're kinda set ... and then cover the pan, and take it off the heat. Wait a minute or two ... Don't peek! It's almost the same as over-easy, but you can just cut away the white part if you don't like it. Don't need to flip it.

It will still be done .. just, no slime. I know what you mean ... I like the yolk part best, too. But I always hated that slimy layer over the yolk on sunny-side-up eggs. I always cook my eggs basted now ... takes ... about 3 minutes, start to finish.

And, you can adjust it, too ... depends how long you leave the lid on ... keep it on a bit longer, it's more like an egg over-medium ... even longer, it's like an egg over hard ... try it, you'll see! Any way you do it, though ... it gives you a nice, clean, white egg ... no fat, no salt, etc. ... please try it!

separate the yolk from the white before cooking. Im not sure what "over easy" is.

the white is so good for you so why not decide that the treat of the yolk is the reward for eating the white part as well.

You really need to ask this?
Eat lots of egg yolks so hopefully the cholesterol will clog your coronary arteries and stop your heart before you manage to pass the DNA along.

Cut around the yoke (with a knife).

Ditch the white (in the bin).

Dip your bread into the best bit (the part that's left on your plate).
