As a b&w artist you should be aware that these photos are very high contrast (very dark and very light areas, few middle gray areas). You may want to consider a different viewpoint to make your subject more interesting. The thongs could have been more interesting from a worms eye view. The tree would be good if you included the branches, and if it was film I would suggest dodging the trunk to show details and textures. Unfornately, digital b&w can not be compared to traditional b&w. As great as Photoshop is, there are just some things that photoshop can not do as well as the tradional lab.

Three photos are not enough for a valid critique. I would like to see more before I could give an honest opinion on your work.
The three photo's you've shown are mundane subject matter.
That is the only comment I can give you and I know that it isn't enough of a critique to help you in your work.
Give your self some time to create a whole portfolio. Then request a critique, this would be beneficial to you if you gave your audience a larger field of work to judge.

I'm with the old dog. They are not enough to go on.
Your profile looks very dark, if your going for that look its fine.
Re post when you have some of your B+W film art uploaded.

Not bad, I like the one with the tree. The thongs are cute but because you are looking for feedback on your gallery, it's a bit of a common subject. Hard to make it interesting.
Keep shooting, you never know when you will find the next great shot. No one notices the camera quality if you're taking great photos. ; )

Not bad, but the shoe I'd prefer it at a lower angle, and more to the front or back to show more impact instead of middle. Same goes for the tree with leaves, better if abide rule of third.

Not much there. The exposure seems too dark, the images are not very contrasty(flat), and the subject matter is poorly composed and relatively bland and boring.
