He seems to think so. But his handlers aren't so sure, so they aren't too keen on sending him back to a position of church authority. My opinion is that he is homosexual, and as such he should come out with it or he'll suffer for the rest of his life. And there are in fact a few Christian churches open to homosexuals, so it shouldn't be a big problem for him - but his wife might not dig it!
