You ask if a good God exists, why is there evil in the world?

God is dealing with the problem of evil, in a progressive way. He is dealing with the problem of evil throughout all human history. When Christ died on the cross he punished evil for all time and gave us a way to have victory over the evil in our own hearts. One day in the future, Christ will return, strip power away from the wicked, and hold all men and women accountable for the things they did during their time on earth. Justice will ultimately prevail. Those who enter eternity without having trusted in Christ for salvation will understand just how effectively God has dealt with the problem of evil.

So my question is do you have a better solution? There are the following constraints:
Your solution must not (1) destroy human freedom, or (2) cause God to violate His nature (e.g., His attributes of absolute holiness, justice, and mercy) in some way.

well, could try looking at "evil" more objectively. instead of viewing "evil" as moral turpitude try viewing it as a mental disorder, an emotional disconnect due to genetic brain abnormality or early environmental trauma or poor socialization.

of course, society would have to decide what it feels is actually "evil" and whether society can frown on "evil" while applauding and condoning it. is it "evil" to torture people or not? is it "evil" to attack other people in order to steal their assets? is it "evil" to speak a lie so heinous that 100s of thousand of people are killed and the lie was spoken in order to satisfy avarice? society defines what is acceptable. if torture is "evil" then America should not perform and condone it. and if we don't like the damages avarice in power does it shouldn't be rewarded with red carpets and applause. it should be studied and treated as a mental illness.

and once you've defined "evil" the definition can't be applied selectively. you can't say "that guy over there is evil. he tortures and kills a lot of people" and then start torturing and killing people yourself and decide the definition of "evil" doesn't apply to you.

The bible tells us God uses evil for His good. Now not the evil we hear of that is wicked from evil people. We live in a world of sin and people like you and me and the world who have thoughts and we are sinners of sin right> Only one man came to the earth who was perfect Jesus the Christ. So we who are faithful and wait like the martyers who have died in the last 6000 years we to my friend will send a message of peace and love so when we see evil they will see the face of Christ in us. So be good for light is greater then darkness and evil for we have everlasting life and sin one day will be destroyed.

How about throw out the dogma, and follow the example of Christ - Heal the sick, feed the poor and speak out against spiritual and religious oppressors. That and the whole "love one another as I have loved you" bit would go a long way.

Evil is not the major problem. It is the good who stand by and do nothing about it.

people are evil, evil is part of man, it spawned from us
and no imaginary being can do anything about it

You talk about evil in our hearts, that is something everyone has, we chose not to embrace that part of us.
You on the other hand, can't do that without god,
without god you will be evil

Yes, and while you're at it, ask them what they have done to correct the evil in their own hearts.
