as your muscles execise you will get pain, just as in any other excersise,go to the doc and ask for some muscular pain killers, them ibuprophen (the big round pink ones) are very good, and you can buy them at the chemist/supermarkets,and they do hit the spot, but remember you will have a butt that all the lads will admire in time, have a happy christmas, take care fozz

It will go away eventually. Your body just needs a little time to adjust. I'd say in a week or two you'll be fine. Heat is a good suggestion along with some ibuprofen.

And this has what to do with horse racing??? Anyway, probably a month or so, as you get more experienced and comfortable you will have less problems, plus your body will acclimate. Are you taking lessons to ensure proper seat position? It can make a difference.

Dont worry I help train horses and all that itll go away in a little while do the insiding of your legs and the cramp when you ride will take a little getting used to but it is so worth it. itll go away in about a week

You need to work out.

Go to the gym and work on butt stuff. Ask for help!

You should try being male! Seriously, though, I'm told about a month should do the trick.
