having gone from 15" to 20" I can tell you how long it took me.

training natural (no AAS) with my weight gain being symmetrical and evenly distributed over my body it took me about 10 years gaining about 80+ lbs of muscle mass while staying in single digit body fat.

not many can grow arms that big while remaining lean. i've seen many a "big" guy in the gym with 20" arms and 20%+ body fat end up with 16" -18"guns when they dropped down to single digit body fat.

There is not a good answer to this. Most people will never have 20'' arms, no matter what they do. It just may not be in the genetic cards. To say, "You will add 5'' to your arms in 3.21 years," would be ridiculous, at best.
