I have found that the best way is to "accidentally" get into a situation with them where you will be forced into conversation. An example is if you guys bump into each other, you can then start off by saying something along the lines of "Hey don't I know you from _____" or "Hey aren't you in my ______ class." You didn't mention how old you were or where you see her or meet her so those are two pretty generic examples. After you get past that first line bring something up that happened in that class or something that is going on currently at the place you know her from. From there start talking to her about things that you both like. Make sure the conversation is very fluid. Make the conversation brief but make a good impression, don't make it seem like you planned the entire thing. You just want to get her to notice you right now. That way the next time you see her you can be like "Hey how is it goin! That was fun when I saw you at ______" we should hang out sometime!" or "we should go to lunch sometime" or just start talking to her every time you see her. It should be easy if you have a class with her as you can move over to where she is at any time. Anyways. I hope this helps!
*Key things to remember once you have established a good first impression and are trying to focus on getting her to like you are to joke around with her and make fun of her (in a nice way) when she does dumb things. get her to playfully joke around with you and lightly punch you and say "your so mean to me!" those are all signs she is interested. My situation 2 years ago. Internet relationship and meeting for the first time. I left the country to do so.
All in all, be yourself. Also, make sure you have something you both can do. Even though you might not know this yourself, meeting and talking to the girl in real life is different from the phone or chat window. Period.
Not only are you seeing her, she is seeing how you act and how you present yourself. So, overall, be yourself and make sure you're both doing something such as dinner so it doesn't get akward. Good luck and hope things go great for you.

Pick a start up sentence like where do u go to school or do u like the music ETC!

Well first find something you like on her...like her hair and tell her it looks nice and then move on from there and start a nice conversation...trust me it always works.But if there is nothing you like on her pick anything and lie about it and say it's nice or awesome.
