Got KIDs? Plan on having kids? Then get the Panasonic plasma.....Kids can't break the $2000 screen on plasma TV sets.
Other than that, I like the Samsung only because it has ONE MORE HDMI connector....

Got a Vizio save lots of money and very happy. Check into one of them as well.
