God created evolution. As a matter of fact natural selection is in the Bible in the form of spotted and non-spotted sheep.
This however does not mean that one day a fish flopped out of water and sprouted lungs... or a monkey one day decided to stop throwing its poop.
God created Man. Man to reign over the animals. Not for man to be one of them.
Science is mans feeble discovery of bits and pieces of what God created long ago.
God did not create disease. It is a biproduct of living in a fallen world.
God Bless.

"Mutate"? I'll assume you are an evolutionist. If this is so, I'll ask you a baffling question to your belief system as well. "Lucy" was found to actually be an ape, and her bones were discovered nearly 100ft apart from each other. Either this poor chimp suffered a horrible death or something went wrong in the scientists' assumption of Lucy being the "missing link". Since science thrives on evidence, how can you say that humans evolved from monkeys if there is no "proof"?
And let me ask.. How man dogs, cats, or humans have you seen "mutating"? How much fossil evidence do we have of life forms on this planet "mutating" over the thousands of years of existence?
If mutation actually happens, Bacteria would not be the only life-form that can do so.
I just explained how a Christian would answer your question. Would you be so kind as to answer mine?
As for where disease came from, that was Satan's handy-work.

It's not a matter dude of mutating see survival of the most fit WORKS so basically they mutate THE QUESTION is this can an animal change it's species? There really isn't an answer. However, DOGS came from WOLVES at least that is what is believed; humans took wolves as pets and slowly made them more friendly and domesticated them more and more till eventually years down the line they really weren't wolves anymore-there dogs.

Diseases are the side affects from sin rather then a direct creation. Mankind's immune systems weakened once sin entered the world. Before then the immune system could resist any germ or virus that was ever there or ever could be. Simple biological life forms can mutate much easier and faster then mankind's immune system could adapt to them once sin entered the world.

Mutation is not evolution. A mutation is almost always a defect, not an improvement.
That being said - Christianity does not hold to a belief that nothing ever evolved. Fundamentalists believe that men did not evolve from apes.
The point is, for theists, that we should not limit God. If He chose a process of evolution for mankind, and at a certain time in the process He "breathed upon him" and gave him a soul - then sobeit! If He just snapped His fingers and man appeared - sobeit!

Generally, those who concern themselves with Evolution vs Creationism divide evolution into 2 parts... micro-evolution and macro-evolution.
Micro-evolution is evolution that makes minor alterations with a species. For example, a moth may evolve color changes to better hide in the background. However, it's still a moth... even the same kind of moth. Micro-evolution also explains the different strains of disease organisms. Creationists have no problems with this type of evolution.
Macro-evolution, on the other hand, concerns changing one species into another (i.e. ape into man). It's this type of evolution that Creationists don't believe in.
Note that it's not correct to claim Christians don't believe in evolution. There are many who do accept it as a part of God's plan. There are also non-Christians who don't believe in (Macro) evolution. Christians are generally associated with anti-evolution since the Christians who are anti-evolution, tend to be rather vocal about their beliefs.

Are you really asking?
===
Evolutionists are always talking about fruit fly experiments (google it). But in the end a fruit fly is still a fluit fly.
And likewise no matter how much germs and disease mutate, they are essentially the same germ.
===
Now a question for you: What are the some of the weakness of evolution argument?
All scientific theories have weaknesses. If you don't know of any - ask yourself why are they NEVER spoken of?
Good Luck.

God created Luficer ( I think thats how you spell it ) and Luficer turned against God. God didn't destroy luficer because he loved him and wanted to give him a choice like he gave Adam, eve and you a choice.
Adam and Eve chose the wrong decision which unfortunately lead to sin and death. Luficer is the cause of diseases and death, not God. God. however uses all things for the glory of Himself so that others might see Him and His goodness.
Ever heard of the saying and I'm just paraphrasing, " you get bad situations but its how you respond and use the situation to gain a lesson from it"

Essentially, when Adam disobeyed God and listened to Satan's lies, that brought on the curse that brought on all the diseases possible. If Adam had just trusted God's word and enjoyed the Paradise, we would have heaven on earth right now.

It's the same argument that people of faith have always made in reference to issues regarding the creation of life. That God creating living beings with biological and mental capabilities to act on their own and respond as indiividuals to stimuli. Just like humans could have been created by God with the biological abilty to adapt to certain conditions and situations.
