You can use it to top pancakes or waffles, as a meat glaze by melting it slightly and pouring it over during the last few minutes of cooking, and to fill cookies like thumbprints. Or make a plain bar cookie dough, pat half in the pan, top with a layer of marmalade and pat the other half of dough on before baking. Depending on the flavour of your marmalade it may also be good melted a bit on ice cream or some folded into scone dough.

You can warm the marmalade slightly and then pour over a brick of cream cheese. This makes a very delicious quick and easy gourmet style dip for crackers.

You can use it in salad dressings or as a glaze for meat. Marmalade mixed with a little soy sauce, crushed red pepper flakes and garlic makes a great dipping sauce for coconut shrimp.

It's good on toast as is, or you can use it to marinate chicken. Melt it in the microwave, pour it over the chicken and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink.
