religious texts are what you make of them. The Bible can be read like a manual well enough, although that would make for a pretty freaking hard life. Or it can read as a collection of stories which attempt to teach a moral. Take your pick, or pick neither.

More picture story than explanation of how to do things. And the pictures are more like paintings than photos. The truth is there but the viewer has to see that he or she is part of the painting.

Its like you are looking at the artist and his art and then you realise that you are also holding a paint brush and painting the picture.

more like a story book to satisfy someone who like horror stories and can't go wrong with reading religious texts.
