Can a civilian attend the same language school that military members attend (to learn spanish)?

If not, what is the best language school thats around Northern Ky?

The only Civilians that attend DLI are Contractors who work for the government.

Besides, Spanish is not often offered in Monterey.
go to ANY community college, and I guarantee you there will be Non credit Spanish classes offered.

Government civilians in a job that needs it can go to DLI, but no just a general civilian.

For Spanish, any college will have that, even a community college will offer Spanish.
