why does the mere fact of have been given life from my father and mother also give me a soul that I now have to defend for an eternity. Did I exist even as a soul before I was born?

We lived with God before we came to earth. Your abortion causes two things: 1) The murder of an innocent life. 2) Unforgivable sin for the aborter. The soul doesn't just get sent back to the "birthing queue". There is no reincarnation. Once you are dead, it has ended. So for that poor unfortunate baby that never had a chance, what choice does it get?

I am all for Choice before conception, but I am for Life after conception. After all, where would you be if your mother aborted you? What choice would you have had?

No, your sould entered your body through the birthing process. You did not exsist in any way, shape or form until the birthing process began, and you came out and your soul joined in with you. You sould waited in heaven until it was the perfect time for you to become one. Your soul had no definition, no form, no substance, until you were there in person to become one with it. That is how your concious is formed, and deeper levels of thought.

Before you were born you were were a part of the Universal mind. You decided you wanted to have the experience of being human, so here you are. No soul was disturbed in your abortion - Judeo-Christian doctrine says that the soul isn't present until the baby takes its first breath. I personally think it happens a little earlier, but not much. That pregnancy happened so you could learn something from the experience. No need to attach guilt to it.

There is not one word about abortion in the bible. All the hysteria that exists around it today originated with the Pope's perfectly fallible opinion. The goal is not to save lives - the goal is to control women's sexuality. They want to punish all we harlots who have sex outside of marriage. I don't think of babies as a punishment - they're a gift and they have a right to be wanted.

Abortions have existed for thousands and thousands of years. If the culture respects women, they're accepted as normal. If the culture considers women chattel, then it's treated as a sin or a crime. Being a free person who doesn't belong to anyone, I claim sovereignty over my own body and refuse to let anyone else tell me what I will and won't do with it.

You are energy and energy can never be created or destroyed, it can only be transformed. You were with the Goddess at the beginning and you'll return to Her after.

There is, of course, no right or wrong answer. It comes down to what you think.

I personally think that life is different than a soul, and that there are a certain number of souls, and people are reincarnated as different lives.

Your soul was in heaven with God, and yes when you got an abortion your babies soul went back to God. There are several quotes in the bible where he tells you he knew people before they were born of woman here on earth. Esau was one of them.

We are souls with bodies, not bodies with souls. God knew us before He formed us in the womb

I think that everyone existed in spirit before they were born as mortal people.

God says in Jeremiah that "Before I formed thee in the womb, I knew thee."
