So my boyfriend left for Japan a few months ago. He's a marine and is going to be there for more then a year. Since he's left Ive been eatting alot more and sleeping ALOT!... probably because im depresed. I know this isnt good And I would really like to find ways to keep my mind off him in a more heathly way. Im so scaried that Im going to get huge again and when he comes home he wont wanna be with me. So I would use some ideals on how I can deal with my emotions in a more heathly way... Thanks...

Just focus on the day that you are going to be together again,

You want a healthy way to focus your emotions? Just do some exercise everyday, do it thinking that yourbf is gonna love it and appretiate

Why should you keep your mind off of him. If you love him, you should miss him. That is normal. It is not like you misplaced your toothbrush.

You already know what you are supposed to do, get out of bed, eat better, and be more active. No matter what suggestions you get, you are the one that has to follow through.

I am not trying to beat you up, and you should not do it either. We all have down times and you will still have more. Just keep in mind that you are the fine woman who is loved by that fine Marine

Exercise and stay busy! Do stuff with family and friends. Also, try eating healthier, you will feel better about yourself and your body will feel better too.

dont try to change urself..becoming fat??well if he really loves you with all his heart,,he will stay beside u 4ever whatever happens,,
