i liked this guy and he asked me out. we went to homecoming together and i didn't feel a spark. then he waited 3 wks to talk to me-and then he asked me out. i said that we should be friends.
then over the whole summer i felt like i wanted to be with him, but i knew that we couldn't b/c he was going off to college and trying to get over me.
we're still friends, and i'm seeing him this week since he's visiting. how could i get this somewhat resolved?
i want to ask something like "why did you wait 3 wks to ask me out?" randomly. how would u react?

Your question will appear as nagging to him and he may feel discomfort in giving you an explanation.You have already told him that you to will remain friends only.You developed liking for him in the summer. You did not express your liking to him so far. He was therefore not aware of your wish to be taken out. As such ,your above question amounting to nagging will result in creating ill will only.
