I have a video, but I want to add video graphics to it. Is there any free sites or free software that I can download therefore I can get to do the graphics?

have you tried GIMP portable given at http://www.portableapps.com it is really good and it is free and portable :)

Most of the free ones are crap or very limited features. All the good ones you have to pay for because they cost a lot of money to develop.
Try Adobe After Effects http://www.adobe.com/products/aftereffects/

Hi. Most manufactures have free driver updates, but you still need a good (or better) GPU.
