Sure, but Odd duck is a little off- you’ll have to be dead for a year before we can do anything IN the temple for you… but the paperwork is no biggie… Although from the looks of things, you’ve been dead long enough.
So where’s that info?… your name, birth/death dates. I think we also need your parents’ names, and permission from your nearest kin to do the work.

Sorry, but once you die no body here on Earth can do anything for you. Make sure you live your life without regret. Babtisms for the Dead that take place in LDS temples only make the people doing them feel better about themselves. God doesn't need any descision making help from us!!!!
