First one looks OK. For the second, I got:
Avoid turmoil. Live with the things that can make you better, allow those that you can make better.
All the verbs (other than posse) are imperatives, and the first one is tricky - 'vita' is the imperative form of vito/vitare - shun , avoid, evade. Sure looks like it is a form of the word for 'life', but it's not.
