Like JD, I've rarely met a gun I didn't like, but I do like some more than others.
Favorites, more or less in order:
Single-Action Revolvers, especially in .44 S&W SPL or RemMag
Percussion Revolvers, particularly Colt M-1851 Navys and the Walker Colt Dragoon Revolver.
Smith & Wesson Double-Action Revolvers - especially the M-19, M-686, M-49, and M-640
Iver Johnson TP-22, the best dadblasted .22 LR vest pocket pistol I've ever encountered. I like 'em so much I have two of the wee beasties.
Browning Lever-Action Rifles, BLR, especially in .358 Win
Rolling Block Rifles in .45-70
Sharps Rifles in .45-70, or .45-120-700
Lever-action Rifles in pistol calibers, especially the Winchester and Rossi M-92's
Side-by-side double barreled shotguns, A.H. Foxe, LeFever, and L.C. Smiths especially.
Marlin Golden Model 39A, IMNSHO this is the best .22 LR levergun ever to hit the market.
Colt Model 1911, Series 80 pistols in .45 ACP. I prefer the Officers' ACP and Commander sized pistols over the full sized Government Model.
Those are the favorites, but I'm just an old gun slut, I'll shoot anything I can get my hands on! :-P~~

For the most part, only accurate guns are interesting. (Isn't that an O'Connorism?)
In handguns, I like wheelguns with large holes in the end.
In shotguns, I'm partial to side-by-sides, and even gave my Citori to one of the kids. Never could get used to the barrels being on wrong.
In rifles, it's hard to say. I have a real soft spot for the Win 71 among the leverguns. Among the bolt-actions, I have more Rem 700's than anything else, but I'm not that prejudiced. If I were rich, I'd love to have a pile of doubles, and among the single-shots, the old Farquarson style has something elegant about it, as does the Martini (without too much vermouth! LOL).

My all time favorite in my collection is the Winchester model 67 single shot rifle , 22 calI have the 67A(youth model ) and the 67. The only one I haven't gotten yet is the one with a groove in the stock. Mine is a mid 30's production and the A model is an after WW11 production. Killed a starling at 150 yards + using a standard long rifle shell with a witness. I am into the old stuff now, Single action 45 revolvers, 44-40 cap and Ball, Winchester 73 lever actions in 45 long Colt. Double barrell Shotguns and derringers too. Along with the old Buffalo caliber's long guns

A lee-enfield no1 mk3 is my gun of choice.
PS. I would also say there isn't a gun I haven't liked, but that would be pretty untrue. For instance, I don't like the look of old m1903 springfields, and I don't like model 99 savages because the trigger setup is quite poorly designed. A rifle also needs a very smooth action for me to like it.

Let me see,
what kind of guns do i like ?
I , would say, that the guns i like most, are the 1's, that when properly loaded, with the proper size bullet &/or the proper powder charge, that when pointed at the intended target & the trigger or fireing device is actuated, will propel the projectile toward the intended target

Absolute favorite would be the Browning Automatic Rifle. The selector switch allows for a slow or a fast cyclic rate....

Single-action handguns for the most part and sometimes rifles. I have no need for shotguns, although some are the most beautiful guns ever made (Italian).
