Since they obviously couldn't accept Christ as their savior before he was born.

It is my understanding that Jews sacrificed for the atonement of sins. What I have learned is that those who atoned were asleep until Resurrection day. Those who did not were in Hell.
When Jesus was resurrected, he took those who were in hell with him. There was not an open door to heaven because of the sin of Adam and Eve closed the door.
This is why Jesus is called the second Adam who took on the sins of the world and atoned for our sins as a final sacrifice atoning for our sins and opening the door to heaven as a possibility for eternal salvation.

I had twins , I was advised of all the risk. If it is identical and they are sharing everything then usually they will have to work immediately because as I said they are sharing everything. If fraternal there are cases where they can just remove the deceased baby depending on the gestation if your far enough along to where the other baby is viable they will just c-section and take both. Leaving a deceased baby is always dangerous weather one or multiples. If multiples they will usually never make you have labor there will be a c-section the stress will not be good on the other baby. Luckily I had my babies at 35 weeks a little early and was done by emergency c-section the little boy was in NICU for 3 days do to respiratory problems and the girl was fine. He was 6.6 pounds she was 5.8 Pd's but now they are 6 month old healthy. I hate to hear any sad stories of loss I pray that this is not the case for you or somebody you know, but be assured the doctors will do what they have to and todays technology is excellent for saving premature babies. Good luck and Best wishes!!!

Everyone is saved the same way, by walking in the light they have. The people who have never had a missionary, the people who lived before Christ, and the people from post Christian secular societies may have never heard of Christ, but God has given them an instinct for right and wrong. They are judged on that, and on their acceptance of the truth that was available.
Whereas, those of us who have information are expected to act on it.

The Catholic Church believes that those who die never hearing of Christ but have sought the truth and does the will of God as they understand it can be saved. See Romans 2:13-16. This is called the Baptism of desire. (1)

If they died before Jesus died for our sins and opened the gates of heaven for us, then they waited in what is called in the Old Testament Abraham's bosom or Sheol.

Catholics believe that after Jesus died on the cross, he descended into Sheol, the place of the dead. While there He freed the holy souls who awaited their savior in Abraham's bosom. (2)

For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church,

(2) section 632 and following: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt1sect2chpt2art5.htm#p1

With love in Christ.

Your answer is found in the Book of Romans. A glimpse into God's Amazing Plan of Salvation for the Jews (the Israel-ites) first, also the Gentiles (...the rest of the World).

In Chapter 2:12-13, Paul answers your question in the
following:
"All those who sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all those who sinned under the law will be judged by the law. For the hearers of the law are not righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be declared righteous."

To get a fuller understanding, read the Book of John in the New Testament. In John Chapter 1, we learn that Jesus Christ is the Word of God or Law of God made flesh, personified.

Rewriting the Romans 2:12-13, Paul's message becomes even clearer:
"All those who sinned without JESUS will also perish without JESUS, and all those who sinned under JESUS will be judged by JESUS. For the hearers of JESUS are not righteous before God, but the doers of JESUS will be declared righteous." [ added JESUS = the law ]

Jesus is... "the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him (JESUS)" John 14:6

What do you think. When he died and rose again that
is the end of the law. The Crucifixion ended the law.
You also must die in Christ, too. Read beginning Matthew
not to forbid water. You get baptized with water and spirit.

they offered sacrifices to God and believed that he would send the a savior. Christians believe that Jesus is the savior that the old testament said will come, modern day Jews are still waiting for a Savior.

Not just the Jews would be affected: what about ancient Greeks and Romans, Egyptians, etc? Dante's Divine Comedy deals with this. It's all nonsense, because with this way of thinking, someone like Gandhi would not get into heaven. What good is a heaven that wouldn't allow someone like him to enter?

they went to Paradise.

the Bible mentions that Jesus, during His three days from His crucifixion and resurrection, preached in Paradise. Those who knew of the coming Messiah could accept Him as Lord and Savior.

Jews were chosen to uphold the laws of G-d...happened when Moses brought them down from the mountain.

So, they are still around or there would be no one to help Him uphold the laws.
