Copulation within married couple is not wrong. You can do whatever you like with you spouse so long it's not anal, or during menstruation.
Masturbation is allowed if you fear, and if you have no other way to channel or lessen your sexual desire (the idea of being sent to hell is a turnoff to me beore doing anything wrong), that you will do prohibited intercourse.

I think prayer (whether it be little or much) before any act of coitus, will highly ultra intensify the desire & orgasms Amongst other things done in the act of copulation.

It's safest (sexual diseases, unwanted pregnancy, psychological issues) to keep sex inside of marriage.
