Top break W/folding trigger.Serial number351. I've never seen anything quite like it. It has two symbols on it, a stylized lion with a line under it below which are the letters P.V. and a star over a capital E. Thanks.

Folding triggers were common in the period before WWI, so est date is 1890-1915 or so.
Link below is one for sale on Auction Arms. I think this seller is high on his price. Maybe worth $100 in this condition, perhaps a bit more.
I would be reluctant to shoot this kind of gun, due to the possibility of damaging the gun and minor injury. Metal alloys used in this era from unknown sources are questionable in quality.....they were fine when new, but some deteriorate in tensile strength over time, or become very brittle.

Belgian pistols are usually well made, but being made in thousands, are unlikely to have a high resale value. Without seeing the condition it is impossible to put a valuation on it. if you are going to use it and have any doubts about it, have a gunsmith check it out. .22 short does not produce very high pressures, if it looks sound, I would say shoot it. The lion and PV marks are Belgian proof house stamps meaning that it has passed proof with a 50% overload. The star over the E is the proof house inspectors mark..

22 is a very exceptable age to have children. Now if you were 12, that would be a different story. Who are the people calling you a slut and telling you you shouldn't have children? If they are strangers, maybe they think you are much younger then you are. If its family or friends, you don't need people like that in your life. I will admit at 23 and 3 kids sounds like a lot of work to me. But if you are up for it! Its your life. Don't let people like that get you down!
