i want to be a pharmasist... i am currently a junior in highschool. i need to know if i take the 2 years of prepharmacy....and i apply to pharmacy school but i dont get in... will those 2 years go to waste or will i be able to use them towards something else???

The prepharm requirements are very similar to chemistry, biochemistry, or biology first two year requirements. Pharmacy is moving towards requiring a bachelors. Since you're still in high school, look up the 6 year schools.
The overall chances of being accepted anywhere is about 1 in 3. If you are not accepted the first time around, try again.

If you really want to be a pharmacist, if you didn't make it on your first try, then you'd try again.

Pre-pharmacy is going to include science and math--which everyone should have anyway. You're not going to "lose" anything by declaring that as a major. You could end up with some electives being filled from those offerings if you decide to go in another direction.

You should inquire locally what it takes to be a pharmacy technician. This would be good experience for you. You'll need a job and with applicable work experience, you'll be better prepared for the coursework.
