I would say that 25 lbs in 4 months sounds about right for your height and weight. A 1,300 calories diet will lose approximately 1.5 lbs per week, which is … hmmm hmmmm 1.5 X 4 = 6lbs/month, X 4 = 24lbs…yeah sure you can probably just on a diet alone.. No cheating! I know those cheese snacks are tempting but don’t do it or you’ll blow the whole thing.

Why do you wish to become a waif? A good sized dog could fart and knock you over at 105 lbs.
The trick is to eat right and exercise. Not go on a diet and over exert your body with unnecessary activity. Let's say a 1700-2000 calorie diet with low fat, moderate carbs, running, some resistance training, and good sleep habits and eating habits (no food 2-3 hours before bedtime).
Your body will fall into what it is supposed to be.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Don't eat any sugar products. No soda, or snacks.
No sugar drinks like gatorade, or any juice.
For liquid: just drink water for these 4 months.
For food:
Only eat 2 or 3 meals with no snacks in between.
Don't eat pasta, french fries, or potatoes. Stay away from starches.
Eat cheeseburgers, hot dogs, steak, fish, eggs or any other protein is fine.
I think you will loose more than 25 in 4 months. Maybe 50pounds with cardio.

maybe, but it could take awhile. I suggest going on a potatoe only diet and as you plan on doing, lots of cardio.

To tell you the truth, it would be pretty unhealthy to do that unless your trying to become a disk jockey.
