Blasphemy is about god religions fair game. Almost all the Prophets of Israel at on time or the other said something against the state/temple. Its why most of them were killed. And Christ tossed people out and corrected the clergy.

I say this as a Christian. Blasphemy IS a slur or attack on God. His followers and their system are, as you can see, open season.

Blasphemy is what it is; if you are blaspheming you are insulting and/or belittling God. Doing so to a religion would be more heretical than blasphemy.

Proobably not. But, does it matter? Is it possible to blaspheme that which doesn't exist? Or should we be concerned that we have really made the residents of Asgard angry by referring to them as myths?
