Yes you do. But they are worth it. If you book your massage on a day when you are in port somewhere - it will always be cheaper then "at sea" days.
Usually they will have a "Couples Massage" special during the week- my husband and I had that it was was $120 for the both of us for a 30 minute massage.
Normally it is about $120 per person. Check your daily news letter in your cabin for the specials.

YES and they are generally expensive; in the range of $100 to $150 depending upon whether the massage includes aroma therapy and/or hot rocks. You will also have to pay for wraps,, to get hair and or nails done and for some exercise classes like Yoga, Pilates, and Spinning. BUT all cruise lines let you use the remainder of the spa free including the steam room, sauna, hot tub, and all of the exercise equipment.

Even on the high end cruise lines like Crystal, Seabourn, and Silverseas you must pay for massages.

You have to pay for almost all spa usage. The sauna and the fitness areas are free but some exercise classes has a charge.

Your food and basic beverages are included (excluding alcohol and pop) A cruise is still the best bargain out there for vacations.

It all depends on the cruise ship company you're travelling with, and in some cases, on the individual cruise package you've booked.

If they're offering 'everything included' packages, make sure you read the fine print - they're often talking only about food and drink. Some things, such as massages and other beauty treatments, may not be included.
