Have you ever heard a commercial use bad language before? And if so, could you sue them?

But I did see a Carl's Jr. Commercial (fast food)
Where the guy si talking about a smoked sausage sandwich and he says something like

I'm gonna let Carl Jr. smoke my sausage.

Funny, as far as I know that commercial only aired once.

Why would you sue them?

Are you such a petite flower that a little bad language forces you to sue?

When will Americans realize that every stupid lawsuit costs their friends and families JOBS?

Oh yeah, they will realize when we are in the middle of a huge recession and their children are starving.
