My friend sold bb guns and brass knuckles (and some blades) at school and got caught and was suspended indefinitely and will stand trial. I have another friend who makes fake ids (i dont know how), could he get in the same amount of trouble? Could he get suspended from school?

Selling guns is more grave than selling fake IDs. Thus, the penalty could be lower.

You need to get a better class of "friend". Neither is headed down a good road.

YES BOTH FALL UNDER THE HOMELAND SECURITY ACT.
BOTH ARE ABOUT EQUAL IN TODAY'S COURTS.
FAKE ID IS ID YOU CANNOT IDENTIFY THE REAL PERSON WHO IS WHOM?
WEAPONS IS THE OTHER CHARGE AND IS JUST AS BAD IN LIGHT OF RECENT HAPPENINGS AT SCHOOLS.
