MY 38 YR OLD BROTHER WAS FOUND DEAD AT HOME THIS WAS AUTOPSY RESULTS. HE HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. THER WAS NO SIGNS OF TRAUMA TO HIS FACE.THER WAS LARGE STAINS OF BLOOD

periorbital hematoma causes pressure on the brain, enough pressure and blood vessels in the brain rupture causing massive stroke.
