It looks like it may be mites, or perhaps ring worm. The one on her stomach looks circular.
Be sure to isolate your hamsters from any other pets. I noticed you were wearing gloves while handling him, thats a good idea.
Your hamster needs to see an exotics veterinarian ASAP!

it could also be that she is bored. a lot of rodent animals tend to rip out their fur and scratch at themselves if they are bored. make sure that she has heaps of stuff to play with and that you let her out to play aswell, so that she will not be full of energy with nothing to do.

She might have scratched herself. Let it heal on its own.If it has not healed in a week or so consult a vet.
