Fuyuyasumi no aida nani wo suru yotei desuka?
(What do you plan to do during your winter break?)

**Note: Although "fuyu no yasumi" is not incorrect, it's like saying "vacation in winter" rather than "winter vacation". Hence you would just say "fuyuyasumi" (one word). Likewise, summer vacation is just "natsuyasumi".

Watashi wa sakka- no renshuu wo suru yotei desu. (I am planning to practice soccer).

**Note: sakka- would be in katakana.

Demo rika to rekishi no kamoku wa muzukashii desu. (But my science science and history classes are difficult)
Demo rika to rekishi no kamoku wa muzukashii to omoimasu. (But I think my science and history classes are difficult)

**Note: Rika is science in general. Kagaku can mean science in general or chemistry so while correct, it can be more specialized than intended. To the Japanese ear, it sounds awkward to say "watashi no rika to rekishi no kamoku..." because it's obvious you're talking about courses you are taking (in school). So the "watashi no" would generally be omitted. Also, watakushi is considered really stiff/archaic. I'd recommend opting for watashi.

-what are you going to do during your winter break? I am going to practice soccer.
= fuyu yasumi no aida ni nani o suru tsumori desu ka 。watashi wa sakkaa o renshuu suru tsumori desu.
(i think use "tsumori" is used for a plan)

-But my science and history class is hard = demo gakkou de kagaku to rekishi wa muzukashii desu.
(it means: "at shool science and history is difficult." is better)
